Compliance Advice

Written Programs

A good basis of any safety program is having written procedures, and policies that can be referred to, evaluated, and enforced.

Written programs can include single programs, bundles of various programs, Site Health and Safety Plan's (HASPs) or entire Corporate Health and Safety Manuals.

Program Implementation/Evaluation

After programs are in written form, implementation and culture change can be a long process. Consult with safety experts to help improve culture and share methods that increase employee acceptance when a company chooses to improve its safety and production culture.

Proactive Site Assessments/Policy Audits

Another core concept to an effective safety program in terms of compliance, insurance, and cost is proactively finding and eliminating hazards before they cause incident or injury. Consult with out safety experts to schedule an on-site safety walkthrough to find hazards and compliance risks. Each walkthrough can be priced with an official report with recommendations on mitigation or elimination of those risks.

Rigging Inspections

Have a rigging expert, inspect your rigging slings for the periodic OSHA inspection compliance, or teach employees how to complete their daily frequent inspections.

Rigging Proof Testing

Proof testing of in-house made slings or lifting assemblies that require safety factor proof testing upon final assembly. Certificate with quantifiable data presented after test.

On-site testing for various criteria such as workplace noise levels, chemical liquid, chemical vapor, and dust concentrations for the effective creation of safety procedures that mitigate hazards or selection of PPE.
